Over Night Oats

Breakfast is important…
when there is no time in your morning, make it OVER night!

Ingredients

1/2 cup steel cut oats (organic)
3/4 cup dairy free milk
3/4 tbsp chia-seeds
2 tbsp nut butter (I use peanut)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup berries
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

Sliced banana
sliced apples
mixed berries

Method

Mix all ingredients in a large mason jar leave room for oats to expand
Leave in the fridge with lid on for 12 hrs

Be sure oat stay submerged mix if needed
